When school closes for the summer, the Club offers several summer programs. With day programs running at both our Elson Clubhouse and Camp Ramsbottom, located in Rehoboth, MA, we offer an array of opportunities for youth to stay engaged throughout the summer.
Camp RamsbottomThe Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket’s Camp Ramsbottom, located in Rehoboth, Massachusetts, features over 170 acres of summertime fun. Summer programs at Camp Ramsbottom are offered to youth ages 6-13, and run from June through August in four two-week sessions.

From May 4 – June 15*, you are invited to swing by Camp Ramsbottom between 10am – 2pm, where we will be answering questions, accepting registrations, and giving tours of Camp at 10 am, 11 am, 12 pm and 1 pm. We can’t wait to see you there!

To apply for a scholarship, please call the Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket to schedule an in-person appointment. Applications must be filled out in-person at the Club.
Scholarships are limited and are available first come, first served.

Let’s Get Growing is the Club’s summer learning loss prevention program for youth entering grades 4-9. While this is an education based program, we also work hard to ensure participants have a fun summer! Running for six-weeks, this program does have a fee, although scholarships are available.
$510 Registration Fee for the Six-Week Program
The focus of this program is on a seed-to-table nutrition education. Participants work in our garden, learn to cook healthy dishes with what they grow, give back to the community through service learning projects, and much more. Older participants develop their leadership skills by participating in this program as a mentor. In addition to the educational activities, there are weekly field trips and fun and exciting daily activities including sports, team building, and more.

All participants must have an active Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket membership through the end of the program and are required to attend a mandatory orientation with their parents/guardians. Spaces are limited for this program – please be sure to reserve your spot as soon as possible!

Pre-Teen Summer ProgramsFor youth ages 6-12, we provide an engaging summer program. With activities running throughout the day, we will focus on three main areas, learning through play, service learning, and social-emotional wellness. All participants will be provided with a nutritious morning snack and lunch meals daily, fun activities, and interaction with professional and caring staff. Programs and activities range from educational to artistic to community service focused to recreational.
Due to the seriousness of this virus, we are requiring all families to keep their children home if they are not 100% healthy. Your child will not be allowed to enter the Boys & Girls Club of Pawtucket if they are showing any sign of illness, including but not limited to: fever, coughing, sneezing, wheezing, or any other undiagnosed respiratory illness. Prior to entering the Club, each child will have to complete a Wellness Check with staff.
$200 Registration Fee per Week
Registration must be completed by 12:00 pm on the Wednesday before for your child is registered to attend.
You must pay the first registered week in full and a deposit of $75 will need to be put down for each additional week to reserve your child’s spot for the summer. You must use our online portal here to pay your remaining balance of $125.00 on the Thursday before your child is registered to attend. Balances failed to be made in time will result in a delay in your child’s start date.
For your convenience we have created two separate registration forms; one for our families registering with a DHS certificate number, and the second for our Private Pay families. Please note that only one member can be registered per form.
